A Message List is a grouped sequence of audio messages that plays in order on your device — like a playlist for your announcements. Build a list of promotions, reminders, and store announcements, then assign the whole list at once to any device or schedule.

How to Create a Message List
Create a New Message List
- Click on Audio Message in the left panel

Navigate to Message Lists tab in the top navigation bar

On the Message Lists page, click New Message List in the top-right corner.

Enter a name for your list, such as Morning Promotions.
- Click Save — the new list will open in edit mode, ready for you to add messages

Click the Message button or + icon next to any message to add it to the list.

Each message you add will appear immediately in your Message List.
- Click Save Changes to confirm any additions, removals, or reordering
- Click Preview to listen to the full list in your browser before saving
- Click Close to exit without saving
| Tip: Drag and drop any message row to change its playback order. |
How to manage existing Message Lists
Click the ⋮ (three-dot menu) on the right side of any list row to take action on it:
- Preview — play the full message list directly in your browser. You can also hovering over a message list row reveals a Play icon — click it to preview the full list instantly without opening it.
- Push to Devices — send the list to a connected device to start playing immediately
- Edit Message List — open the list in edit mode to add, remove, or reorder messages
- Duplicate Message List — create an exact copy of the list
- Show where used — see which devices or schedules this list is currently assigned to
- Move To — move the list into a folder
- Rename — rename the list
- Delete — permanently delete the list
| Note: Deleting a Message List is permanent and cannot be undone. Use Show where used first to confirm the list isn’t assigned to any active devices or schedules. |
