Keeping your OptiSound subscription up to date ensures that you always have the right plan level and number of zones for your needs. Follow the steps below to create, update, or adjust your subscription. In this article, we will cover on starting or updating your OptiSound subscription.
Step 1:
Navigate to the “Subscription Plan” page in app.optisound.com.
Step 2:
- Select “Create Subscription” if you do not already have a paid plan.
- If you currently have an active subscription and want to add/remove zones or change your plan level, click “Update Subscription.”
Step 3:
Clicking the buttons in Step 2 will open a page to select the number of zones you would like to have on your account.
- Use the + or – keys on either side of the hexagon to adjust the number of zones.
- To change your plan level, click the “Change Plan” button in the bottom left-hand corner of the pop-up.
Step 4:
After selecting your plan level and number of zones, click the “payment” button in the bottom right-hand corner of the pop-up to confirm your payment information.
Step 5:
Once you have reviewed all of the information and confirmed your billing details are correct, click the “purchase” button in the bottom right-hand corner of the “payment” page.
- Your zones and plan will automatically update to the new quantities and level you selected in the steps above.
